In spring, fresh harvests from the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru arrive at our roastery, and later in winter we switch to new coffee from Comicovel in Honduras. This means we can always offer a coffee thats in season and tasting its best. The result is a clean, reliable brew with character. Even though Peru and Honduras may not
