Antique Gold East to West Set Sapphire Solitaire Ring 800 Silver surrounded by a translucent backdropA personal favorite in the shop, this lovely yellow gold filigree setting features incredible detail in the die stamped filigree, continuing to the shoulders and shank of this antique, early 1900s era ring. The basket sits pretty on the finger and is reminiscent of a crown holding the stone, with six prongs protecting and securing the sapphire gemstone. The bright, vibrant medium blue of this sapphire is indicative of fine stones from Old Ceylon, or
