Cucamonga Revolution by Scythian Wine Co, 2022/2023 Gouveio 43% Mourvèdre and 9% Cinsault70% Zinfandel, 30% Palomino Cucamonga Valley, California by Rajat Parr This comes entirely from the Lopez Vineyard, containing 70% Zinfandel and 30% Palomino. Grapes are fermented in whole clusters and then rested in used French oak before being bottles unfined and unfiltered with minimal SO2.
