A progressive and elegant style of Hunter Valley Chardonnay. Aromas of melon and preserved citrus peel are layered with toasty oak to complete the nose. The palate is long and restrained with notes of citrus and creamy mouth feel delivering a wine with great persistence and body. The Estate Chardonnay is lightly oaked and is a more fruit forward style than the Silkman Reserve Chardonnay.
