1 sachet of cider yeast sufficient to treat 23 litres (5 gallons) of cider

For juice extraction: add to must/mash at a rate of g (approximately 1 third of a teaspoon) per kg fruit and leave to stand at 40-50 degrees centigrade for 1 hour - lower temperatures may require longer standing times

It is useful to have 2 fermentation buckets for winemaking in particular, so you can strain the fruit or flowers from the wine from one bucket into the other.
