A 19th Century Primitive Stammtisch Table View All Items H: 15" W: 4" D:An early 19th century "Stammtisch" or "Regulars" table. The planked fruitwood top profusely carved with names, dates and initials. The centre has a scribed "Nine Mens Morris" game. Splayed legged pine base with simple stretchers. Pine and cherry wood. Germany, circa 1830. Height 28. 75in (73cm). Width 34in (86. 5cm). Depth 38in (97cm).
