This results in a balanced and complex flavor profile that is influenced by the sherry, but not overpowering. Our goal is to provide a versatile and sophisticated whisky with a well rounded age range, from the youngest drop to the oldest malt in the bottle. In order to accurately describe our product, we use five key descriptors:
