This is not overly concentrated but the harmony of expression is impressive and I very much like the complex floral quality of the finale

The velvety and generously proportioned middle-weight flavors retain reasonable detail on the delicious if not especially dense flavors that firm up on the lingering finish

A tight and very balanced white with sliced-apple

Dry River, Syrah Vintage:2008 This is not overly concentratedpH 3. 6, TA 5. 5 g l. Round and sweet and yet fresh too, I think. Pure pleasure! Dry finish but great majesty on the way. Low alcohol but fantastic concentration and extract.
