We then replace with high grade rubber soles which we outsole stitch on, and reattach the heel blocks and a new rubber heel. Full Rubber Sole and Heel Rewelt We remove the old soles and welting. We then rewelt the shoes and resole with high grade rubber soles which we outsole stitch on, and reattach the heel blocks and a new rubber heel.
