Schleich Dinosaur - Triceratops & Therizinosaurus Schleich 1996 Approx: 19 x 4Schleich 42217 Triceratops & Therizinosaurus (small). The very apt name Triceratops means three horn skull; the head of this mighty dinosaur had three horns and a huge neck shield. All this probably served to defend against attacks. The Therizinosaurus impressed with his enormous, sickle like claws, which he probably used to defend himself, not to hunt, for he was an herbivore. Introduced: 2016. Retired: 2019.
