Tulips Stencil New Year’s How to Make a MrsThis tulips stencil is a 2 layer stencil set. One stencil has the tulip petals, and the other one has the stems. Stencil measures 5. 5" x 5. 5" (not including the thumb tab.) Hand wash gently with soap and water. Lay flat to dry. All stencils are made from reusable food grade plastic that is 7. 5 mil thick.
