They produce two single-vineyard wines

Philippe Colin, Chassagne Montrachet Chaumees Vintage:2021 menthol and balsamic notes(from a holding of . 43 ha as 1. 07 ha was transferred to Simon Colin). Firm reduction masks the fruit though there is good freshness to the vibrant and beautifully textured medium bodied flavors that coat the palate in sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a lemon, bone dry and youthfully austere finale. This is quite firm at present but I suspect that it will be approachable after only 5 ish years. In a word, lovely.
