Sacro Dono is the result of a process of drying Pinot Noir grapes on the vine, followed by cutting the shoot, with an extremely limited yield per hectare. Characterized by an imposing structure, it is enveloping from the first sip, reserving elegant and harmonious tannins in a memorable finish.
