Luca Anselmi owns some of the oldest vines in eastern Valpolicella, some of which are over 80 years old. The vines grow on a flat hillside at an altitude of about 250 metres. Careful selection of the fully ripe grapes by hand and a further two rounds of sorting during the three month drying process
