2021 BY.OTT Cotes de Provence ROSE Domaines Ott loaded with roasted figBy Ott is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 6% Syrah and 4% Mourvdre. Sourced largely from the family's properties, it offers up hints of dried spices, peach and melon. Light to medium bodied, with a plump, appealing texture, it's soft and fruit forward, finishing with a lively dose of citrus.
