This cloudy sparkling wine is a project by Polish wine importer Malecki with winemaker Stefan Mller. The basis was perfectly healthy Riesling grapes from the 2024 vintage. These were harvested early to preserve maximum freshness. Unlike the traditional method, which involves a first and second fermentation, the ancestral method is used here.
