Heinrich marmalade and honeyFor the red wine cuve Fass N IV, only hand picked grapes from typical Wrttemberg grape varieties are used: Lemberger for spice and structure and Pinot Noir for the fine fruit aroma and the elegant overall impression. The cuve matures for almost 24 months in used French oak barriques. Fine cool fruit of dark berries, elegant and juicy in expression. Goes well with pork, lamb and mushroom dishes, as well as with snacks.
