To preserve the wine's purity and fruity character, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. 90% of the wine is matured 'sur lie' in steel tanks, while the remaining 10% is briefly aged in used oak barrels to add extra complexity. The wine presents itself with a light, golden hue and a fresh aroma of citrus fruits, white peaches and green apples.
