But some years back, where we shared distillation systems with others, we ended up with a few cans of new make, which tasted more of gin than whisky. Whether it was contagion, a mix up or a coincidence, we still do not know. Now it has been on a couple of solid bourbon barrels for well over four years. It tastes so honorable that we have decided to bottle it. So here it is
