2023, Welschriesling La Torre alle Tolfe resulting in an authentic andWelschriesling from Ried Ratschen is made on east facing vines that are 10 years old. The grapes are pressed whole, fermented spontaneously and aged for 11 months on the lees in a large 1,200 L barrel. Subsequent bottle aging for 9 months gives structure and finesse. A lively and precise wine in a very limited production only 1,500 bottles.
