Double Cask: 271+58 _coreexpression When we tap the dishThis bottling is a vatting of two 6 year old casks from our warehouse. A bourbon cask, forming the backbone of the whisky with its light and bright aromas, and a second fill oloroso cask adding a deeper fruit character and extra body to the final expression. The result is a delicate and beautifully balanced whisky with light aromas of vanilla, acacia honey, lemonade, apple, peach and pear, and a hint of oak spice and white pepper.
