2023, Campana Blanc Vin de France short maceration and young vinesCampana is the Mirouze take on a "classic" Corbires, albeit farmed biodynamically with sheep grazing in the vineyards. The name Campana means 'Bell' in Occitan, but is also a reference to 'campagne', or countryside. The white is a blend of 1 3 Marsanne, 1 3 Roussane et 1 3 Vermentino, aged in stainless steel tanks that makes a fresh, surprisingly zippy white due to the high elevation of the vineyards.
