The name kilim (or kilim) comes from the Turkish word kilim, which in turn has roots in the Persian gelm, meaning "coarsely woven carpet" or "pileless rug". Moroccan kilim rugs feature geometric patterns and strong colors, typically in wool. Each rug tells its own story and has a unique character.
