RISTET KARRY sort peber slightly smoky and spicyBathapu Thuna Paha means 'roasted curry powder' and is a traditional Sri Lankan spice blend of cumin, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, pepper and cinnamon, which are first dark roasted before being ground into a powder. The roasting gives a more intense, deep flavour and aroma compared to regular Thuna Paha, where the spices are ground raw. Our roasted curry is blended by the ladies in the packing house at our spice supplier and is the
