Each grape variety undergoes separate fermentation in steel tanks and is then matured for 12 months in barriques

Leclerc Briant Abyss 2017 MAGNUM 150cl cognac This auction will showcase 28Discover a Champagne from the depths of the sea! Leclerc Briant introduces the Abyss cuve, matured for 12 months at a depth of 60 meters. This special Champagne presents a golden hue, delicate bubbles and fruity aromas with a mineral finish. Developed in collaboration with the underwater experts from Amphoris, Abyss 2017 is created from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, harvested in 2017 and submerged in 2021. It was retrieved in August 2022.
