Mark Fadlagret 2021 Øltype:Flaske 33cl with a relatively low bitternessDeep, vinous sour beer brewed on wild fermented hay and malt from Herslev's fields. 100% terroir. Mark Fadlagret 2021 has been aged in red wine barrels for a couple of years before bottling. This is the first time the barrels have been used for beer, and the aging has created a vinous and fruity rounding off the deep, spontaneously fermented brew.
