2023, Trousseau hvidvin idet gæring og druemateriale blandesThis 2023 release is made from 100% Trousseau, a naturally robust and relatively rare variety sourced from Jean Michel Petits biodynamically farmed vineyards. The grapes ferment freely as whole clusters in tank (semi carbonic maceration over 23 weeks) and mature in used foudres, with minimal sulfur a pure, terroir focused expression of the Jura.
